The Investment Option
Citizenship may be obtained by making a qualifying investment into the National Transformation Fund. Upon payment of the non-refundable submission fee of US $5,000, the application for Citizenship by Investment will be formally submitted through an authorized Marketing Agent on behalf of the applicant.

ONBOARDING

- Documents are prepared
- Non-refundable Submission Fee of USD 5,000 has to be paid
- Application is submitted to the Citizenship Unit of São Tomé & Príncipe
APPLICATION
PROCESSING
- Due Diligence checks are being completed
- Upon completion of the checks, Citizenship Unit issues its decision
FINAL HANDOVER
- Citizenship Unit issues the Approval-in-Principle letter
- The Main Applicant must fulfill the investment
- Certificate of Registration, Passport, and National ID of São Tomé & Príncipe are issued
- Citizenship Documents are handed over to investor through the Agent
