Uzbekistan Golden Visa from June 2025

The new Uzbekistan Golden Visa Program starts on June 1, 2025. The principal applicant must donate 250,000 USD and more 150,000 USD per family member.

The exact details of the residency solution have not been announced yet, but the information was included in an official government decree.

Uzbekistan has already offered various residency options based on investment. Applicants can obtain a residency permit for three years in exchange for an investment of $ 250,000 or a permit for ten years for an investment of $3 million.

Uzbekistan also offers residency permits through real estate investment. Qualifying properties range from $ 100,000 to $ 300,000, and the investment amount depends on the region. Taskent, the capital city, is the most expensive.

What are the advantages of becoming a resident in Uzbekistan?

  • Uzbekistan is developing quickly, and its local businesses need investment, particularly in the real estate, manufacturing, and service industries.
  • Taxes are relatively low. The personal income tax is 12%, and the corporate income tax is generally 15%, but there are exceptions, where the tax is 20% (mobile service providers, shopping malls, etc.).
  • Holders of the Uzbekistan passport can enter visa-free or by visa upon arrival in 74 countries.
  • Other countries in the region have also successfully implemented golden visa programs.

Kazakhstan's Tax Residency Programme (ITRP)
is one of the most affordable residency options worldwide. The minimum required investment amount is only 60,000 USD in the Astana International Financial Centre (AIFC).
Note that
the residents are exempt from worldwide taxes and income generated from the AIFC investments.

Turkey offers a Golden Visa and a citizenship-by-investment program. Discus Holdings Ltd is one of the most experienced service providers in Turkey.
There are four options to become a Turkish citizen, but the most popular is the real estate option. You must purchase a property worth at least $ 400,000 to become a Turkish passport holder.
